Loyalty Rewards Program for Instore customers

INTRODUCTION

The Top Saddlery & Bush Boutique Customer Loyalty Reward Program is a simple points-based program designed to encourage more sales and reward our personal in-store shoppers. The program is not accessible to online customers at this time.

CUSTOMER ELIGIBILITY      

Customers purchasing items for personal use and paying for those purchases at The Top Saddlery counter are eligible for the program.  Local / NT customers purchasing items for personal use AND paying over the phone are eligible.

Online orders and phone orders from interstate customers are NOT eligible. Account / Business customers are also NOT eligible for the program.

PAYMENT TYPE ELIGIBILITY

Customers paying by CASH or CARD for their purchases at the counter are eligible. Local/NT customers paying over the phone for personal purchases (pickup by others instore), are also eligible. Payment for purchases by DIRECT DEPOSIT (EFT) or GIFT / CREDIT VOUCHER are not eligible. Purchases placed on TRADING ACCOUNTS are also not eligible even if the goods are selected instore.

VALUE OF POINTS

Each $1 spent will earn 1 rewards point. When redeemed each point is worth 30c. Points can be selected for use in the POS payment screen.

HOW LONG ARE POINTS VALID

Earned points are valid for 365 days. The validity period of the entire points balance will be extended by another 365 days if another purchase is made within 365 days.

ADMINISTRATION OF PROGRAM

The program is administered by our instore - Retail Express POS (REX) and does not integrate with our online store. Customer details are not available to any external organisation.

CUSTOMER RECORD REQUIREMENTS

A Personal customer record in REX including the following information.

·        Full name, email address, mobile number

·        Address – this can be just Katherine, Katherine, NT as we will not be mailing out.

·       Some customers may have used a business account previously but if they wish to participate in the rewards program a new personal customer record must be created.

CUSTOMER RECRUITMENT TO THE PROGRAM

A FAQS card summarizing the program including T&C, and communication will be available at the counter to inform prospective participants. 

CUSTOMER END RECORDS – RECEIPT INFORMATION

Points earned, balance, spent, expiry – will all be visible in POS through the loyalty tab on the payment screen and in the customer tab. Points information will also be printed on the customer receipt.

MARKETING VIA EMAIL AND/OR SMS

Special offers for Loyalty customers may be communicated by email or SMS. These offers may be for promotions on specific products earning extra points or for shopping days earning extra points. Both forms of marketing will include an UNSUBCRIBE button.

SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING

Special offers may also be promoted to loyalty customers via social media. Customers are to be encouraged to follow TTS Facebook and Instagram pages to be aware of offers.

 

Shipping

Online orders can be sent by Standard $15.00 or Express $25.00 postage per order to all Australian states unless Pickup in-store is selected (available NT only.)

We use Australia Post Parcel Service except for Local Katherine orders where a local carrier may be more suitable

Australia Post does not provide a next day service outside of state Capital Cities. Your order will be shipped from our retail shop, which is in Katherine, NT.

Most Express orders take 3-7 workdays for delivery unless your address is in a remote area without daily mail delivery.

You will be provided with Tracking information once your order has been processed.

Orders can be collected from our Katherine shop or sent by a local freight service on your account. Contact us when you place your order to arrange.

Returns

We offer 30 days from when you receive your order to contact us with a return/refund request.

If you are unhappy with your order, we will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION, unwashed, unworn, with all labels and original packaging.
