1. Measure the length from your crotch to the floor whilst standing.
2. Check your size on the chart below

 

Cinch Men's Size Charts

To measure your Cinch men's shirt size:

1. Hold a dressmaker's tape comfortably around your chest and then your neck.
2. Make sure you keep the tape level and take your measurement in centimetres.
3. To measure your sleeve length, place the dressmaker's tape at the centre of your back, where your collar would sit. Run the tape down to your wrist and take the measurement.
4. Check your size on the chart below.
